Delivery

Free delivery from 80€ of purchase in Metropolitan France

delivery time : 48h (via Colissimo signature), 3-4 working days (Via Mondial Relay France), 4-6 working days (Via Mondial Relay Belgium)

Production time : 1 to 4 weeks (maximum), depending on the number of orders or transport delays from the sweater supplier.

With luck, some orders can be processed 3-7 days depending on stock availability.

Usual production time : 7-15 days maximum, the time can be shortened if the sweater is in stock or extended in case of failed embroidery or during the holiday season.

Unavailability : you will be informed by email or telephone of the total or partial unavailability of a product after placing your order, and a refund may be made if the waiting time does not suit you.

Return and Refund Policy

Dear Customers, I am committed to providing quality products and exceptional service to my customers. However, I understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. For this reason, I have established the following return policy to ensure customer satisfaction

- General return conditions:

. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, free of stains and odors.

. Items must be returned in their original packaging, if possible.

. Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.

- Return deadline:

. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of order.

. Any item returned beyond this period may not be eligible for refund or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

- Return process:

. To initiate a return, the customer must contact me via the email contact@abracadabrod.fr to keep me informed and to provide the return contact details.

. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error on my part. However, if an exchange takes place, the shipping costs of the exchanged order will be my responsibility.

- Refunds and exchanges:

. Once the package is received and inspected, I will process the refund as soon as possible.

. Refunds will be made to the customer's original method of payment.

. If the customer prefers an exchange, I will process the exchange as soon as possible, subject to stock availability.

Damages and Problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can assess the issue and make it right. Before accepting your return, I will need a photo of the damaged item in order to identify the problem.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5 days to 4 weeks MAXIMUM (excluding shipping) after receiving your order confirmation email. Production time will depend on the number of orders to be processed as well as available stock. If you would like more information, contact me by email or instagram DM.

All products offered on the site are prepared to order.

You will receive another notification when your order ships.

I am not responsible for your package after it leaves the delivery area. If your package is lost, I will help you find it. However, I am not responsible for packages waiting for you to pick up at the post office.
